70% of the shares are privately owned, 30% are held by the city of Krems.

The CEOs Mag. Ulrike Prommer and Mag. Dr. LL.M.(Com) Udo Brändle are responsible for representing the University.

The Supervisory Board of IMC University of Applied Sciences carries out its activities in accordance with the relevant statutory provisions, the provisions of the articles of association, the rules of procedure and any resolutions and instructions of the shareholders.
